6. Off-Platform Sales
Buyers and Sellers are strictly prohibited from attempting to take transactions off the Kidora platform. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing contact information with the intention of completing a sale privately. Sellers are not permitted to accept cash payments for collections. All communication, transactions, and payments must be completed through the Kidora platform's chat system and secure payment methods. This ensures transparency, security, and protection for both buyers, sellers and platform integrity. Any transactions conducted outside of the approved payment methods will be considered a violation of our Terms & Conditions. Violating this policy may result in the suspension or termination of the seller’s or buyer's account and the loss of access to platform services.7. Registered Users
- By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You may only create one account per person, unless Kidora expressly allows otherwise.
8. Pro Seller Accounts
- Kidora may allow certain users to operate as Pro Sellers. Pro Sellers are users who sell through the platform for business or professional purposes rather than purely private or personal purposes.
- Pro Sellers may be identified on the platform by a “Pro” label or similar designation shown on their profile, listings, or both.
- A Pro Seller account must be kept clearly separate from any personal standard seller account. Kidora may require separate account details, separate email addresses, and separate verification steps for Pro Seller accounts.
- By registering or operating as a Pro Seller, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business, trade, craft, or profession and that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, tax rules, product safety obligations, consumer protection requirements, distance selling rules, and disclosure obligations that apply to your sales.
- Pro Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their listings, sales practices, returns handling, cancellations, statutory notices, and customer communications comply with applicable consumer law.
- Kidora may request additional information from Pro Sellers at any time, including business details, legal status, registered address, contact details, identification documents, proof of business activity, VAT information, payout information, or other verification information reasonably required by us or our payment providers.
- If a user meets the criteria of a Pro Seller, Kidora may require that user to register, convert, or continue operating only as a Pro Seller in order to keep selling on the platform.
- Kidora reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether an account should be treated as a Pro Seller account based on factors including selling volume, selling frequency, listing patterns, resale behaviour, business presentation, or other indicators of professional selling activity.
- Where a purchase is made from a Pro Seller, Buyer Protection applies to eligible Buy Now purchases under Kidora’s Kidora Fee & Buyer Protection Policy. Buyers may also have statutory consumer rights which apply independently of the Kidora Fee and Buyer Protection, including cancellation, return, and faulty-goods rights. Please see our Refund Policy and guidance relating to the buyer’s right of withdrawal.
- By buying from a Pro Seller, buyers acknowledge that the transaction may be subject to additional or different rules from those that apply to purchases from standard sellers, in addition to any rights available under applicable law.
- Kidora may suspend, restrict, convert, or terminate a Pro Seller account if required verification is not completed, if legal or regulatory concerns arise, if the account is misclassified, or if the Pro Seller breaches these Terms or any applicable Pro Seller policies.
9. Our Rights
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms.
- We may take action if you create legal liabilities for us or others, fail to deliver items, or breach these terms.
10. Seller Fees, Kidora Fee & Payments
- We use PayPal to process payments.
- Sellers pay no listing or selling fees to Kidora.
- Seller payout may remain pending with the payment provider during the applicable transaction and issue period. If an eligible issue, cancellation, return, or refund is reported in time, seller payout may remain pending until the matter is resolved. Transfer timing to the seller’s account may also depend on PayPal’s processing times and any compliance, dispute, verification, or review requirements.
- Buyers pay a mandatory Kidora Fee on eligible purchases made using the Buy Now button. The Kidora Fee supports services connected with Kidora transactions, including secure payment support, transaction administration, issue and dispute handling, refund assistance, customer support, and ongoing marketplace safety, operation, and improvements. Buyer Protection is included as part of the Kidora Fee. There is no separate charge for Buyer Protection. Whether and to what extent the Kidora Fee is refunded depends on the circumstances of the refund and the applicable Kidora Fee & Buyer Protection Policy and Refund Policy.
- The Kidora Fee is calculated as 5% of the item price + £0.70 and applies to eligible Buy Now purchases from both standard sellers and Pro Sellers.
- The Kidora Fee is not an insurance premium and Buyer Protection is not insurance.
- Where a refund, reversal, chargeback, or similar payment event occurs, any payment-provider transaction fees, refund processing fees, reversal fees, chargeback fees, or similar costs remain the seller’s responsibility unless Kidora expressly agrees otherwise.
- Where an item is purchased from a Pro Seller, Buyer Protection applies alongside any statutory consumer rights the buyer may have. These statutory rights are separate from the Kidora Fee and Buyer Protection and cannot be removed or reduced by these Terms. Please refer to our Kidora Fee & Buyer Protection Policy, Refund Policy, and our guidance on the buyer’s right of withdrawal.
11. Liability
- Kidora is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items, delivery issues, or third-party actions, except to the extent expressly set out in our policies or required by applicable law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, and excluding any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, our total liability is limited to the greater of:

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal or regulatory requirements, security needs, or operational processes. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect where appropriate. Changes will not reduce rights that already apply to a transaction completed before the relevant change took effect, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The latest version was updated on 4th October 2026.13. User Conduct

We may reject, restrict, hide or remove content that appears to breach our rules or where a required moderation check cannot be completed successfully.
- Passing an automated or manual moderation check does not mean Kidora has inspected, authenticated, certified or guaranteed an item, its safety, legality, condition or the accuracy of the listing.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards or is deemed inappropriate.
15. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the platform and its content are owned by Kidora Ltd or its licensors.

Buyers purchasing from Pro Sellers may also have statutory consumer rights which apply independently of Kidora’s policies.26. Seller Responsibilities
As a Seller, you agree to the following responsibilities when listing and selling items on our platform:
- Accurate Listings: You must provide truthful and complete descriptions of your items, clearly noting any defects, damage, or other issues that could affect a buyer’s decision.
- Legal Compliance: All items listed for sale must comply with relevant laws and regulations. You must also have the legal right to sell each item you list.
- Prohibited and Restricted Items: You must not list, sell, give away or otherwise offer through Kidora any item that is illegal, unsafe, unsuitable for sale, prohibited by these Terms, or which Kidora has decided not to permit on the marketplace.

- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, prohibited knives, weapons or other products intended primarily for use as weapons.
- Hazardous chemicals, poisons, toxic substances, dangerous pesticides or other products that present an unacceptable health or safety risk.

- Kidora's Right to Remove Items: Kidora may reject, hide, remove or restrict any listing at any time where we reasonably believe the item is prohibited, restricted, unsafe, recalled, unlawful, misleading or otherwise unsuitable for the marketplace. We may also suspend or restrict an account where prohibited items are repeatedly or seriously listed.
- Shipping Obligations: You are responsible for packaging and dispatching sold items in a timely manner (normally within 48 hours) and for providing accurate shipping information. Where you use Kidora's InPost delivery option, you must maintain a valid sender/return address, select a parcel size suitable for the packaged item, use the current Kidora-generated InPost label or QR code correctly, and take the parcel to an appropriate InPost drop-off point. Home Delivery labels must be printed and securely attached to the parcel. InPost delivery status is updated automatically through tracking and cannot be manually changed by the seller.
- Liability for Lost or Damaged Shipments: If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, you must cooperate with Kidora and the relevant delivery provider in investigating the shipment and taking any steps reasonably required in connection with the delivery issue, claim, return or refund.
- Refunds to Buyers: Where a buyer is entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy, Kidora Fee & Buyer Protection Policy, or applicable law, you must cooperate fully with the refund process. This includes refunds relating to non-delivery, loss, damage, items that are significantly not as described, valid cancellations or withdrawals where applicable, and any other circumstances covered by the relevant policy or required by law. Unless Kidora expressly agrees otherwise, any payment-provider transaction fees, refund processing fees, reversal fees, chargeback fees, or similar costs arising in connection with the refund remain your responsibility. Where an eligible refund includes the buyer's original InPost delivery charge, the seller will not be charged that original InPost delivery cost. Where a delivery issue is involved, you must cooperate with Kidora and the relevant delivery provider as reasonably required.
- Pro Seller compliance: If you operate as a Pro Seller, you must comply with all legal obligations that apply to business sellers, including consumer rights, required disclosures, returns and cancellation rights, withdrawal rights where applicable, product compliance obligations, and any other requirements that apply to professional sellers.
By selling on our platform, you acknowledge and accept these obligations as essential to maintaining a trustworthy and reliable marketplace.
