Red Kite Cozysleep Bedside Crib – Grey

When purchasing from another individual, standard consumer protections are limited. Key rights such as the ability to cancel your order (Regulation 29(1)) and to reject goods (Section 20) do not apply. In transactions between private individuals, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are significantly reduced. This includes the exclusion of requirements that goods be of satisfactory quality (Section 9) or suitable for a particular purpose (Section 10). Private-sale items may have wear, faults or defects. Buyers should review the description and photos carefully before purchasing. A buyer will not normally have a remedy for a fault that was clearly and accurately disclosed before purchase, but rights may still apply if the item was misdescribed or depending on the circumstances. However, if an item is misrepresented, you may still be entitled to a refund or compensation. Eligible purchases made using the Buy Now button include Buyer Protection under the Kidora Fee Policy.
